Our founder, Steve Dilling, received his undergraduate degree from Excelsior College in Albany, New York. He was trained at the Aurora Technical Center in Aurora, Colorado in Electronics Technology, and is certified in Information Technology Project Management at Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington.

          He spent sixteen years in the aviation field repairing navigation and flight data systems on Learjet aircraft and major air carriers. After leaving the aviation industry, he worked as a District Manager for a major Washington corporation providing service management over the southeastern United States covering eleven states from Virginia to Texas and managing twenty-six Field Service Engineers.

         In 2000, he moved to Washington with the same corporation as an operations project manager to manage the creation of a manufacturing facility in Kent, Washington.

         For the past two years he has worked as an independent contractor consulting companies in Washington and Utah in Operations and Installation Management.
